Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PlayKourt website and mobile applications. The service is provided and sold by PlayKourt (legal name: PlayKourt), the seller of record for the service. When you use the service you are contracting with PlayKourt. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate another person or misuse another member's account.

Clubs, bookings, and payments

Clubs control their listings, schedules, prices, cancellation rules, memberships, and events. A booking or purchase may create a separate agreement between you and the club or seller. Applicable fees and refund terms are shown before confirmation.

Club and community subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Ownership

PlayKourt keeps all rights in the service, including its software, documentation, rankings system and branding. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Competition and rankings

Tournament results and PK Ranking points depend on recorded event data and published ranking rules. Clubs must submit accurate results. PlayKourt may correct clear errors, investigate abuse, or remove invalid activity.

Acceptable use

You may not harass users, post unlawful or misleading content, interfere with the service, scrape data without permission, evade access controls, or use PlayKourt for fraud or unauthorized commercial activity.

Marketplace

Sellers are responsible for listings, product quality, delivery, legal compliance, and returns. PlayKourt may moderate listings but does not guarantee every item or transaction between users.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PlayKourt is not liable for indirect losses, sporting injuries, club operations, or transactions between users and third parties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or when an account threatens users or the service, or creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
