PlayKourt provides club discovery, court booking, tournaments, rankings, training, messaging, and marketplace services. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website or mobile applications.

Who is responsible

PlayKourt is the data controller for personal information processed through the service: we decide why and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect account and profile details (name, email, phone, login credentials), club memberships, bookings, tournament and match activity, rankings, messages, marketplace activity, subscription and payment status, device identifiers, IP address, usage and diagnostic data, and support communications.

How we use information and legal basis

We use information to create and run accounts, bookings, tournaments, rankings, notifications, messaging and subscriptions (performance of our contract with you); to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and improve the product (legitimate interests); to send optional marketing (consent, which you can withdraw); and to meet tax and legal duties (legal obligation). We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and processing

Information may be shared with clubs you join or transact with, players involved in your matches, service providers that host or support PlayKourt (hosting, email, analytics, support tools), our online reseller Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for subscription sales, payments, tax compliance and invoicing, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. Public profiles, tournament results, and rankings are visible as described in the product.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, financial, and operational obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and database security policies, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update profile and notification settings in the app. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some data may be retained where the law or legitimate record-keeping obligations require it.

Children

PlayKourt is not directed to children under 13. Clubs and guardians are responsible for obtaining any consent required for junior participants.
